My Story

I have worked in industries ranging from semiconductors to social media, and companies ranging in size from under 500 to over 50,000 people. I've been an HR business partner, an HR program manager, and a team leader over the course of more than 20 years working in the tech industry. I've seen and learned a lot while supporting teams and their leaders, and I'm excited to share those experiences with you. We'll take the best, leave the rest, and tailor the details to align with your company's culture, values, and priorities. I know performance programs can quickly become unwieldy if they aren't kept in check with an intentional, lightweight approach to feedback and assessment. I believe we make the best decisions we can with the information we have, and that means we need to have the best information available about our team. I focus on driving clear communication and setting context because I believe the why is just as important as the what, and you'll see that in the change management plans I create. You can count on me for a pragmatic approach to people and culture, honest feedback, and high-quality work.
